For Sale my 2021 Custom Built Fifth Wheel Caravan/ Tiny House.
Length 8.4meters long, designed for both on and off the grid living. This is a great unit easier to tow than a normal caravan, and no longer. Would make a great comfortable tiny house for additional accommodation. I would be happy to deliver to up to 500klms from Toowoomba free if this is for you.
Features: Heavy duty chassis and suspension, with two spare wheels.
It has a Brinkley fifth wheel hitch but this can be changed to suit a 75mm heavy duty ball hitch.
800litres of fresh water and 200litre grey water tank.
Two air conditioners, good size bathroom with linen storage.
Two reclining lounge chairs.
400amh lithium batteries with solar panels and 3000watt pure sine wave inverter to run 240volt appliances.
Made from 29mm Styromax insulated, fiberglass panels with 16mm thermalite water proof floor throughout.
The interior is white through out the pick colour as seen in the photos is due to reflection from an outside influence.
It also has insect screened rear verandah with dining table and storage and outdoor kitchen.

Also for sale is the 2023 Mercedes 519 V6 Sprinter tow vehicle with less than 80,000klms on the clock. Both are registered to March 2026.
