For Sale my 2021 custom built 5th Wheel Caravan/ Tiny House
This is a reluctant sale as I can no longer enjoy. Registered till March 2026.
The van is 8.4meters long and set up for total off the grid living, sleeps two in single beds, Separate full bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, with a separate rear enclosed deck area that can be opened up for use. It has a 210litre fridge freeze and lots of storage cupboards through out. 800litres of fresh water storage.
It has lots of other features too many to list. It is constructed from Styromax 29mm insulated fiberglass panels. It tows beautifully behind a vehicle with plenty of power. To replace this complete unit today is over $90,000
I am negotiable for a genuine buyer.

The tow vehicle a Mercedes Benz 2023 V6 Sprinter is also for sale by negotiation if required.
