2012 Hamilton Retreat Caravan in absolute mint condition. Fully galvanized chassis. Brand new awning. Brand new water lines and gas lines fitted. Full annex that has only been used 4 times. Air conditioner serviced. Deisel heater. Mesh walls for the front, back and side of awning. Ground cover, covering the full length of the caravan. Also included is a pet/child gating that covers the entire length of the caravan and outside the awning poles.
The caravan is complete set-up for off-grid, with solar panels and batteries, gas and two water tanks.
Extra large shower, toilet area has ample room and the bathroom houses a washing machine and lots of storage.
The kitchen and dining room are spacious with lots of storage. The oven/grill/stove top are in pristine condition. Great size fridge.
The bedroom has a spacious bed, lots of storage, including under the bed.
Brand new smart tv that can be watched inside or out.
This caravan comes with everything you will ever need, Just add your clothes.
The caravan comes with a generator and all tools you will ever need. Gas BBQ and table, outdoor table and chairs, camp chairs, clothesline. All bedding and linen, all cutlery including full set of sharp knives, plates, cups and mugs, storage containers. EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER NEED.
