Evernew E 900 series tandem caravan

Evernew 22 ft 8 inch tandem axle on galv chassis. Evernew have been building caravans for over 50 years from quality components with an enviable reputation for quality of build. The van was designed by myself to accomodate 2 people in comfort but the table is designed to drop down and will provide an additional bed with a special mattress provided. 2/150 watt solar panels 2 /deep cycle batteries Cetec Charger. A wineguard tv antennae and Ibis reverse cycle AC are roof mounted. Fitted with reversing camera. 2 large water tanks with separate pumps.The spare tyre is mounted under the van out of the weather. 2/9 litre gas bottles on the front extended A frame. 2 roomy single beds are located near the ensuite with hanging cupboards at the head of each bed. One bed is longer than the second bed to accomodate a taller person and both beds have storage room under them. The ensuite has a large shower / bath, vanity, toilet and top load washing machine plus upper mirror doors and lower storage cupboards. There are numerous storage cupboards throughout the van with a Suburban gas/electric hot water system. Dometic 186 ltr 3 way fridge freezer. Swift gas/electric stove with oven and grill. Swift range hood. Microwave oven above the sink area. A twin cartridge filter system is fitted. LED lighting throughout with Numerous 240 /12volt and tv points installed throughout. The club lounge has a large storage area under which is accessible from inside and out side the van. Numerous external storage areas for large camping chairs, table, tools ect. 2 drop down tables plus gas bayonet provide for a BBQ. TV can be plugged in internally and externally. The van is very comfortable to live in and tow and would easily make a full time home. A full sized annexe is included with 2 additional professionally made shade cloth panels. The van has always been stored under cover out of the weather and has had limited use. We are only selling because we have moved and do not have room to store the van and it is now stored under cover at Ashmore. The van was designed to carry a 955 kg payload which far exceeds most vans.  If you are an interstate purchaser I am prepared to pick you up from Coolangatta airport and return you if you would like an inspection of the van.
