Willow – Waratah 6249 Off-road, Off-grid, 21’6 Air Suspension Family Van with Triple bunk and Club lounge * Not Royal Flair * Not Jayco * Not Titanium * Not Wonderland

DO NOT BUY NEW!!! This van is very close to new condition, Dec ‘24 build. Liveability is now far better than new and completely set up for FULL OFF-GRID travel. This van sleeps 5 with a triple bunk up front for the kids club lounge and drop down King Size main bed. This system give you another 2m of free living space once the bed is retracted up to the roof. Only two manufactures have done this so far and once you have experienced it, it is very hard to walk away. All the new van issues have been dealt with, for a new buyer it is hard to understand but the amount of time and money needed to iron out the bugs is incredible.



Tare 2665kg, ATM 3450. Accuair E-Level air-bag on ALKO Enduro X independent suspension. Fully adjustable with key pad remote with 3 ride heights and Blue Tooth control, full Projecta power management system PM335c with BT and with 1200w / 400ah Lithium, 3000w inverter, extra solar reg and 60 amp DC-DC charger. I was initially concerned with the Projecta brand but this level of equipment is amazing. That along with their second to none customer service, I would be hard pressed to go elsewhere. Small welder couldnt run on Enerdrive but Projecta nailed it! I’ve RedArc smoking with unknown issues disabling the van, bad reports about Victron now also. This has been a faultless system in all weather around half of Australia this year. 3×95 fresh water with separate under-sink filter and tap, 1×95 grey. Diesel heater, Houghton A/C – more efficient on battery use. 274l compressor fridge, 3kg washing machine, OGO electronic composting toilet. Dometic DRS, dual colour external lighting, both sides and at BBQ, offside shade sail strip.



Please find the invoice in the pics for the build specs $140k plus Airbag upgrade plus all the extra’s below. Fortunately for the next owner, this van has now had all the new van shake down issues rectified and now is what I believe THE BEST family van for 3 kids.

The extras over and above the original build price are – Ozone Coating, Alko airbag and Accuair electronic controller, these bags have been installed with independent valves above each bag which allows for a massively different experience when changing tyres and ability for track building under wheels if required, ARB outlet near gas bayonnet, BM Pro ESC, Anti Flap kit, full awning shades, Extra like for like external lighting, Custom Drawbar box containing Sizzler max BBQ on rotating slide, custom frame over BBQ so it can be packed away hot without damage or fire risk, 2 x 8.5kg Gas bottles stored inside vented section, Rear wood/storage boxes, custom rear wheel carrier dual bin bag, BOS jockey leg, grip tape to drawbar top, upgraded Anderson plug to 125amp, Mawby Hook chain connections, DO35 hitch lock, Reese WDH with upgraded sway control arms, Stone Stomper, twin camera Safety Dave System, Venda line on offside and fishing rod/ speargun storage for 5 items up in front tunnel boot. Internals – Another Venda line, upgraded to Fusion Stereo with USB and 3.5mm inputs, now “extremely” easy BlueTooth connection and external remote, noise suppression work for internal speakers, extra 12v sockets throughout, relocated water pump to rear and using soft line near pump, now virtually inaudible, away from the kids and now allowing use of a whole bottom cupboard, Topargee water counter, extra water tank sensor as only comes with one for 3 tanks, int/ext temp sensors, all displayed on control panel, power management thermostatically controlled cooling fans, relocated inverter management screen to control panel, dust ingress reducing power management box vent, magazine and water bottle holders holders for bunks, 4 sets of bunk zipper sheet sets, anti moisture pad under bottom bunk, external Twin Cartridge water filter for tank fills, under bench single cartridge and faucet for drinking water, upgraded main tap that doesn’t splash everywhere. Some 17 or so thousand dollars spent after purchase. Now is the ultimate family of 5 tourer that a 200 can legally tow! Check out your Royal Flair vans for comparable units but they are at least $50k and 300kg more than the Waratah. This is not a hard core bush bashing machine but towed sensibly has taken us to some very special places very easily.




We have spent massive hours and money to get this van to this amazing level but sadly my circumstances have changed and she has to go. Hopefully to another adventure loving family!

Past the 12 month Warranty by a few months but there is still a limited 3 year warranty still in place.

This is an extremely regretful sale, the next lucky owners will have nothing to do but load it up and relax, there is absolutley nothing to do on this van as it sits today!!!
