A blank canvas and great foundation for renovation and restoration. Bring your own, style, design, creativity and layout. Purchased to renovate but work commitments have made it difficult.
The chassis was checked when purchased. It’s in good condition, is strong and intact. There is surface rust on the ground supports but they do wind up and down. Walls & floor are good; windows need some attention. When the windows were in, it was weatherproof.
Included is a gas water heater, electric water pump and new gas fridge. The ceiling vent is operational. Original inclusions are interior wall panelling, windows, ceiling lights, reading lamps, handles and lounge cushions. There are some low voltage & mains electrical circuitry components.
We are selling the caravan as-is. It is un-registered & has not been towed in 5 years. Tyres will need air and it will need a truck or car trailer to take away.
