Semi Offroad Caravan

22 Ft semi offroad van. A hook up and drive van, equipped with all the bells and whistles.  Black tapware, full ensuite with great sized shower. bunk beds to sleep 2, 1 can sleep on the lowered table area and 2 in the queen size bed. We have used this van 3 times with a total of around 600km and 13 nights. has an easy to pull out annexe. Outside gas outlet for a bbq and also outside tv point and power point etc. 2 x 9kg gas cylinders locked away in the black toolbox at the front of the van. Both sides of the toolbox have slide out bases. The braking system is all electric and has ESC (Electronic Stability Control). This van is virtually brand new, was bought as a long term holiday van so we had the custom products added when we ordered it. We have had it since June 2022. It has a twin battery system with solar panels for off the grid camping.          2 huge water tanks, very easy and quick to set van up when arriving at a park. A very reluctant sale. This van has everything, fully featured, spacious, 2 pak cupboards, heating/cooling, great lighting, very secure windows and doors. Quiet inside and has a thermal rating for those cold nights. ample power points and usb outlets. Ample storage. You will not be disappointed. The suspension is a new spring system for offroad travel. Beautifully balanced for easy towing. Has a safety Dave rear camera.           Reason for selling is that the kids don’t like caravanning.
