Lifestyle Campers Iconn E2 Hybrid camper, April 2022 build, registered to 15th Nov 2024.
12″ Dexter electric brakes installed Feb’ ’23, Independent suspension, two 80Ltr water tanks, two 130 Ah Sealed Lead Acid batteries, one Powertech 300 charge controller, capable of individually monitoring and maintaining up to three batteries.
The swing-out Kitchen has a 3-burner stove, sink and fold-out bench and under sink storage for pots as well as a fold down shelf for a small BBQ. A cutlery tray and shelving are nestled into the body of the Camper. Two bayonet type gas fittings (one for a BBQ) are at rear next to the water connection.
Inside is a compact Dinette that can convert to a bunk, a quality queen sized inner spring mattress with pillow top, a “tall boy” with 4 large draws and 2 wide draws under bed and 3 good sized storage cupboards adjacent to Dinette.
Under the bed is a large storage area that is accessible via two doors on the right side or by lifting the bed. This area holds the Batteries and charge controller.
A front compartment holds two 4Kg cylinders.
The trailer is fitted with a DO35 Cruisemaster hitch and a Trailsafe breakaway system.
I have replaced the 4, factory fitted 16″ alloy rims and Mud tyres with 4 17″ steel rims and BFGoodrich tyres. Also, the factory fitted Chinese wheel bearings were replaced with high quality Japanese bearings when the brakes were replaced.
The roll-out awning extends to 2.3 meters and is 3.8 meters wide, comes with an anti-flap kit that permits the installation of the two side walls, the front wall attaches to the awning. There is also a skirt and floor that can enable complete enclosure of the external living space, all included.
The roof will rise without assistance once the 6 retaining clips and the hand winch have been released.
