In good condition camper trailer for sales. Has been used no more than 5-6 times. Stored under cover. Has been well cared for.
Includes an extra boat trailer attachment top. Has extra bedroom attachment, solar panel, patio or veranda at rear with walls that can be attached and used if necessary. Netting flooring included for patio.
Several poles in the Annexe are aluminium (all the rest are steel). These suffered during a very significant rain event and bent from water roof weight. They will need replacing. Remainder in good condition and can still be used and set up properly for sunshade and light rain only.
Massive floor space and multiple living areas, king sized mattress, generous storage capabilities. All weather camper trailer has been perfect for our large family.
Will include a hot water shower system that we purchased but have never used, for free. Also included free is a fold out solar panel.
