Avan Nathan Adventure Pack

Built in 2015, previous original owner then put the van into storage for years, don’t know why, then purchased by a caravan dealer in Melbourne from whom I then purchased in 2022. The van was in absolutely brand new condition, the van was given the ceramic protective coating from new, Since then we have done a few short trips and a big trip around Australia (21,000 klms) so in total probably done about 25,000 klms. I have since replaced the old style heavy batteries with an Australian made Itech world 200AH lithium and an Itech world 2000w inverter controlled by a Victron solar system blue tooth controlled. Total cost installed about $4000. Every power point inside the van is connected to the inverter, I can run my coffee machine, (included) Air fryer, 2 x elec hotplates and the 3 way fridge off the inverter. 2 x 70w solar panels, New toilet cassette replaced 2024, HWS temp valve, wheel bearings and new 12v water pump replaced 2024. Spare key safe installed to chassis 2 keys inside. New blaupunkt smart TV replaced 2024 with 2 mounting brackets, 1 inside 1 outside. Fitted with ALKO electronic stability control (anti sway system) from new. Adventure pack for full off road use although my car is a 4×2 and the van has never been off road, obviously. Motion activated security lights, Front storage locker, Annexe walls, Owner manuals, Lots of extras included, still in near new condition, only selling to purchase new residence.
