Avan Cruisliner, 2020 model, very good condition, little use

We bought this van to dip our toes into the caravanning world to see whether it suited us, it doesn’t so we have decided to sell it. We are the second owners, the original owners hardly used it due to COVID restrictions. The van is in very good condition, everything works. It is fitted with two single beds, allowing room for a very useful kitchen, which is equipped with a two burner gas stove, microwave, 90 litre three-way refrigerator, gas and electric hot water and plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Other equipment includes reverse cycle air conditioning, 50 watt solar panel, 63 litre water tank, DC water pump, external shower, USB chargers, external power and gas points, connection for an external TV antenna, two four kilogram gas bottles, and jockey wheel. Also fitted are an Alko stability controller (a bit superfluous as the van never sways) and an Anderson plug for DC supply to the refrigerator. I have also fitted an ELECBRAKE controller that obviates the need for a brake controller in the car; it works very well.
