The rebuild consisted of: stripping of all internals, linings and flooring, checked steel undercarriage for rust, then painted with Rust Protection paint. Roof reframed, secured and waterproofed with Verseseal products. Where needed framework was replaced with Meranti Timber for structural support. New 12mm ply waterproof flooring sealed with waterproof in joins. New Laminated wall and ceiling panels. New marine quality easy clean and waterproofed floor cover. 12V Strip lighting throughout the caravan. 12V and 240V rewire of entire van by specialists. New electric brakes. Toilet is an electric flush cassette. Quality hardware, eg cooktop, fridge/freezer, kitchen sink and toilet system. External hot/cold water shower system with Kings shower tent attachment. Lockable tow hitch. Quality leather furniture. Foilboard insulation in walls and ceiling.
