Over all the van is in very good condition with all maintenance issues addressed. 
At about 1250 kg it's easy to tow.
Truly is set up ready to hookup and go, either caravan parks or free camping. 
Only selling due to upgrading to a new hybrid off road van. 
For us it's been a great way to camp with our children and grand children, the shower and hot water makes all the difference.
