2016 Adria ADora 612 PT slide out for sale. Priced to sell at $40,000 or nearest offer.

– Well kept but has expected wear and tear.
– Currently unregistered and stored at Caboolture. Expired plates are Tasmanian.
– Gas and roadworthy has been recently done however it has expired. A new gas and roadworthy will be supplied.
– Slide out dinette currently not working – this is why priced to sell. Estimated repair cost is $1500-$2000. Likely cause is slide out has jumped off the runners/teeth but will need to be inspected by repairer to determine. We have been unable to tow it to local repairer due to health issues but will be able to in future if it doesn’t sell at this price ONO and then price will be adjusted accordingly. Electrics also need to be looked at.
– Has never been in an accident though hit a bollard at a camp ground and damaged the slide out entry step which has since been removed. Step still in caravan. Fold up portable step included instead. Safety inspector checked this out thoroughly and found no other damage underneath.
– Comfortably slept two adults, two dogs, and a baby.
– We used it mostly in Tasmania – it’s great for Winter camping, the heater is excellent.
– We drove it when we moved from Hobart to Brisbane in January this year via inland highways – also good for Summer camping, the air con is excellent.
– There is so much storage in this thing.
– Really lightweight and easy to tow. We tow it with a Mitsubishi Pajero with no issues.
