Regrettable sale.

Upgrades include, never used:

– Brand new diesel heater installation (~$1500)
– Brand new mattress and hotel collection bedding (~$1500)
– Brand new marble-look bench tops (~$2000)
– Brand new brass tap fittings and installation (~$1000)
– Brand new portable toilet, still in the box, that fits in the shower (~$900)
– Brand new custom curtains and installation (~$2000)
– Tile purchase and installation (~$600)

Also:
– Fridge and oven have hardly been used and are both in perfect working order.
– All electrics in perfect working order.
– Chairs are newly upholstered with leather.
– I have purchased marble-look liner for the inside of the cupboard and drawers but I have not time to install them.

Lastly:
– Only thing remains is a coat of pain on the outside and new kitchen handles.
– Has had two owners before us that kept it in the garage and hardly used it. We have never personally used it.
