[vc_row padding_top=”0px” padding_bottom=”0px”][vc_column fade_animation_offset=”45px” width=”1/1″][text_output]Last Saturday morning Radio National’s Blueprint for Design featured a program on caravan design. Things have changed a lot in caravan design and manufacture in the last forty years and they’ve got Ron Chapman (from Caravanning Qld) and Lucy Hersey in to discuss it.
Ron Chapman has been involved in the Australia caravan industry since the dawn of time. He started working in caravan manufacture as a young fella and has seen all sorts of changes. The modern caravan, with caravan-specific products, is a far cry from the vans of yesteryear.
Lucy Hersey is a lover of those old caravans. She restored old caravans and adores their curved ply exteriors.
